Your W8 account personal information will be transferred and stored in the Tencent Cloud server in Guangzhou, China and stored in the Microsoft Azure server in the United States synchronously, and other personal information will be transferred and stored in the Microsoft Azure server in the United States. Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, we will retain information collected from or about you for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (91 to 180 days after order shipment). When information is no longer needed for these purposes, it will be deleted or stored in a form that does not identify you. In determining this retention period, we take into account various criteria, including the type of service you are requesting or providing, the nature of our relationship with you, the impact on the services we provide to you if we delete some of your information, and the retention period required by law. Please note that when your application for cancellation of your W8 account is successful, we will complete the review of your account cancellation as soon as possible. After the application is approved, we will completely delete your personal data.
