Licensed Software: means the software system developed by e-unistone for you to install on your mobile terminal or PC terminal and the www.w8soft.net website accessed through your browser.

W8 overseas warehouse system services: All services provided by W8 overseas warehouse system (including but not limited to application software services). You can use W8 Overseas Warehouse system service on handheld mobile terminal or PC terminal through licensed software.

e-unistone grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-relicensable license. In the case of non-commercial purposes, you may install and use the Licensed Software on multiple terminal devices, but you may not install, use and run the Licensed Software for commercial purposes. Nor shall the Licensed Software or the data released in any terminal during the operation of the Licensed Software or the interactive data between the terminal and the server during the operation of the Licensed Software be copied, altered, modified, mounted and run or created any derivative works, including but not limited to using plug-ins, plug-ins or unauthorized third party tools/services to access the Licensed Software and related systems.

The license relationship is established when you download and install the licensed software or access the licensed software. You should comply with the relevant 'Agreement on Ways and Restrictions of Using the Licensed Software' in the terminal operating system. Once it is confirmed that you violate the agreement, e-unistone has the right to terminate the license to you.

e-unistone licenses the Licensed Software based on this Agreement and does not sell the Licensed Software to you. You may use the Licensed Software only in accordance with this Agreement, and e-unistone reserves all rights not expressly granted.

You may not use the Licensed Software:

• Engaging in acts that violate laws, regulations and policies, undermine public order and good customs, or harm public interests.
• To the licensed software information without authorization, lease or loan, copy, modify, links, reprints, compiled and published, publishing, mirror sites, with the help of a licensed software development and related derivatives, work, services, plug-in, plugins, compatibility, Internet, etc.
• Login to or use the Licensed Software through a compatible third-party software system not developed, licensed or approved by e-unistone, or use plug-ins and plug-ins for the Licensed Software that are not developed, licensed or approved by e-unistone.
• Delete the copyright information and content on the licensed software and other copies. Modify, remove or avoid any technical measures set up by e-unistone to protect intellectual property rights in the application products.
• Rent, lend or sublicense the Licensed Software to third parties without e-unistone's written consent, or use multiple licensed versions of the Licensed Software at the same time or separately after obtaining the licensed use of an upgraded version of the Licensed Software.
• Copy, disassemble, modify the Licensed Software or any part thereof or make derivative works thereof.
• Conduct any behavior that endangers the security of information network, including using the Licensed Software to damage or destroy the Licensed Software in any way, or make it unable to operate or overburden or interfere with the use of the Licensed Software by a third party; Entering another person's computer system without permission and deleting, modifying or adding stored information; Intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses and other behaviors that destroy or interfere with normal network information services.
• Using the licensed software to publish, transmit, disseminate, store content that infringes other people's legal rights such as intellectual property rights and trade secrets, or engage in illegal and criminal activities such as fraud, misappropriation of other people's accounts and funds.
• By modifying or forging instructions, data or data packets in the operation of the licensed Software, adding, deleting or changing the functions or operation effects of the licensed Software, or disseminating or operating the software with the above purposes to the public through information networks.
• Use the Licensed Software in any unlawful manner, for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.

e-unistone has the right to unilaterally determine whether you are suspected of violating the above terms of Use, and to suspend, terminate the license to you or take other restrictive measures under the Agreement based on the result of such unilateral determination without your consent or prior notice to you.

e-unistone reserves the right to delete, without notice to you, any information published by you during your use of the Licensed Software that is suspected to be illegal or in violation of the legal rights of others or in violation of this Agreement, unless you provide e-unistone with proof of legality in advance.

For any damage caused by your alleged violation of the above rules of Use to any third party, you shall independently assume all legal liabilities in your own name and ensure that e-unistone is free from losses or additional costs caused by it. If e-unistone compensates any third party's losses in advance, e-unistone reserves the right to recover all damages from you.

If you are suspected of violating the relevant laws or the provisions of this Agreement, causing e-unistone to suffer any losses, or to be claimed by any third party, or to be punished by any administrative department, you shall compensate e-unistone for the losses and expenses incurred therefrom, including but not limited to reasonable attorney fees, investigation and evidence collection costs.

You agree that breach of any restriction of this Agreement will cause irreparable damage to e-unistone that cannot be paid in monetary terms. In addition to damages and other remedies available to e-unistone, you agree that e-unistone may seek injunctive relief against actual, threatened or ongoing violations of this Agreement.

If you breach any of the terms of this Agreement, e-unistone may unilaterally terminate this Agreement without further notice to you.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease any use of the Licensed Software and destroy all copies of the Licensed Software.

If you violate any of the provisions of this Agreement and cause losses to e-unistone or other users, you must assume full responsibility for compensation.

The validity, interpretation, modification, execution and dispute settlement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is no relevant law, the relevant local or international laws shall be referred to.

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall be settled by you and e-unistone through friendly negotiation; If no final settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction at the location of e-unistone for adjudication.

The invalidation of any provision of this Agreement by a competent people's court shall not affect the validity of any other provision or any part thereof and shall be performed by you and e-unistone.

e-unistone has the right to transfer its rights and obligations under this Agreement to third parties without your consent.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Licensed use of the Licensed Software and supersedes all prior agreements thereto.

If you sign an offline product purchase contract with e-unistone, the purchase contract shall prevail.

This Agreement is drafted in Chinese. In the event of any conflict between any translation of this Agreement and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
